A sensitive service. A clearer way forward.

Families should not have to piece together services, prices and paperwork. OOG built SafeProvider’s website, intake and administration interfaces to keep a request connected to its context. SafeProvider manages intake and scheduling; SafePair delivers supervised visitation and exchange services.

OOG’s contribution: SafeProvider website and identity application, county/service and pricing journeys, structured intake/documents, and lead/case/rate/payout administration interfaces. SafePair remains the service provider.

Let’s talk about your project
hero visitation
Safe Pair original brand artwork

SafeProvider is the intake and administration platform; SafePair is the provider delivering supervised visitation and exchange services. SafeProvider presents supervised visitation and exchange services across the Bay Area. The work combines the branded service website, county and pricing information and online intake with administrative workflows for leads, cases, documents, rates and payouts. The source separates administrative review, document handling, payment status and provider status, so a request is not confused with accepted or scheduled service.

What we built

Website · Web application · Brand application

An accessible service website extends into the operating screens behind the service. County and pricing information, intake and documents connect with case, lead, rate and payout workflows. The interface distinguishes the platform from its provider partner through the original SafeProvider and SafePair artwork and source disclosures. Step-based intake and separate administrative queues keep service choices, documents and operating decisions in context.

  • Service, county & pricing journeys
  • Case, lead & document workflows
  • Rate and payout administration
  • Five-stage county/service-to-review intake
  • Document labels and upload workflow
  • Separate provider and payment states
  • Original platform/provider identity and disclosure treatment

A clear path from inquiry to case.

Choose the service and location, review the details and carry the request into the case workflow.

Different work on each side of the intake.

The public journey organizes supervised visitation and exchanges by service and county, with pricing, attorney information and frequently asked questions. Behind it, administrative screens separate leads and cases from rate and payout work, with document routes supporting the service record.

A platform and a provider, with clear roles.

SafeProvider organizes discovery, intake, scheduling and payment administration. SafePair independently reviews cases and delivers supervised visitation and exchange services. Service and county pages, pricing, attorney information, FAQs and provider information help visitors understand those roles before starting.

Keep the request together.

The five-stage intake moves through county and service, family details, contact information, documents, and review. Validation, document labels and a review summary support a consistent handoff; checkout and provider review are distinct from the information-entry task.

Separate the operating decisions.

Administrative screens organize lead statuses, case provider statuses, rate cards and payout queues. Status-change records support follow-up, while intake, service charges and platform fees stay distinct.
