Nelson Shin resume

Nelson’s portfolio records agency, startup and freelance work. This treatment connects that source material through an illustrated motorcycle, a parts list and a service-history resume.

Connect a varied project record and career history through one recognizable portfolio experience.

What we built

Portfolio website design · Interface development · Interactive navigation · Responsive layout

The Field manual design pairs the original motorcycle illustration and parts legend with large condensed headings and monospaced text. A dark default and working light option carry through the portfolio and resume.

The illustrated motorcycle maps the work: each part opens its corresponding project or profile. Agency credits stay beside each project, with career history in the same experience.

  • Eleven motorcycle callouts linked to projects and pages
  • Nine project summaries retaining agency credits
  • Five service-history entries and skills/education table
  • Keyboard-accessible project selection
  • Persistent light/dark theme

The work is in the parts.

Eleven motorcycle callouts connect to nine project summaries, the profile and contact. Selecting a part opens the corresponding source project, with its original description and agency credit.

A resume within the same story.

The service-history section retains five career entries, skills, education and the source award. The Resume link reaches that section directly.

Credit stays with the work.

OOG created the website treatment. Nelson Shin’s client-project work retains the source credits to AKQA, Wieden+Kennedy, Ralph Lauren, Adcade and other named collaborators.
