Turn project status into the next move.
A status summary is useful only when someone can act on it. OOG built Project Mission Control’s inventory, dashboards and handoff structure to keep the next step connected to the records behind it.
OOG’s contribution: Project inventory and evidence organization, portfolio-review interface, searchable project/detail views, editable descriptions and command-copy handoffs.
Project Mission Control makes project status, supporting evidence and next actions visible in one dashboard. Project indexing, source-backed writeups and handoff records connect the operating dashboard to the evidence and next action behind each project. The public portfolio prototype is Project Deep Dive: a snapshot-based review surface for finding a project, understanding its purpose and inspecting recorded facts or test/audit context. It is distinct from the private campaign repository and current OOG Studio or Prospector systems. Historical project counts, scores and command results are examples of the presentation, not current operating totals.
What we built
Web application · Data visualization
A project workspace built to make a large body of work navigable. Project indexing, source-backed writeups, dashboards and handoff structures connect the visible work to the records needed to maintain it. Dark project cards lead into a detailed record, with local description edits, filters and theme controls. Test and audit actions reveal relevant commands for an operator to copy; the page does not execute repository commands or refresh project health by itself.
Make responsibility and the next decision visible.
- Project indexing & portfolio dashboards
- Source-backed project writeups
- Task handoffs & operating records
- Search, type filters and project ordering
- Locally editable project descriptions
- Recorded test/audit details and copyable commands
- Portfolio and description JSON exports
A review that makes the next move clear.
The companion healthcare-governance review demonstration explores a different decision pattern. Each specialist’s verdict stays with its rationale. A safety block remains visible until the failed evidence is resolved.
Find the project. Inspect the record.
The portfolio prototype supports search across names, descriptions, types and risks, plus type filtering and several ordering choices. A project detail view brings together its description, language and dependency metadata, repository context and any recorded test or audit results.
A concrete next step, under operator control.
Test, audit and run sections present copyable commands rather than executing them. Project descriptions can be edited locally and exported, while the portfolio snapshot can be downloaded for review. These handoffs preserve context without claiming that a new check has run.
