Build the lesson. Make it playable. Keep it aligned.

OOG built TradeTest’s contractor exam-preparation platform and the tools that keep its teaching material usable: practice and progress views, lesson graphics, playable exercises and reviewed content updates.

OOG’s contribution: Public website and learning interfaces; adaptive practice, flashcards and progress views; lesson graphics, game authoring and configuration; content revisions and Spanish review; Poster Factory artwork production and review.

Build a lesson
Safety equipment arranged for a construction crew

TradeTest is an exam-preparation platform for California contractor licensing, with practice questions, flashcards and progress views. The OOG project brings together the public website, adaptive practice and progress views, lesson graphics and game-authoring tools, Spanish review and content revision, and Poster Factory artwork production.

A training product needs useful material and a way to maintain it.

What we built

Website · Web application · Learning experience · Game authoring · Content workflows · Bilingual review · Creative learning media

A focused learning identity connects the public site to an adaptive training product. Practice, flashcards and progress views sit beside tools for creating games, managing learning content and reviewing bilingual material.

The visual and exercise use the same editable lesson fields. Structural checks keep revisions usable without substituting for subject review.

  • Adaptive practice, flashcards & progress
  • Game creation & configuration
  • Content administration & bilingual review
  • Poster Factory artwork production and review

Make the lesson editable.

Change “A change in scope” to “Scope changes, recorded”: the original renderer produces the matching graphic. The authoring interface identifies which answer area the game will hide. The saved annotation stays with this lesson.

Put the same material into play.

The exercise covers an annotated option and responds to the learner’s answer. Completing all four areas reveals the same lesson graphic; the visual, questions and game are connected through the editable source.

Keep a revision usable.

Compare two saved candidate responses. Duplicating an answer triggers the uniqueness check; restoring it makes the selected revision pass the check. Keep the Spanish reference beside the lesson as you review.

A learning product around the lesson.

The public website introduces the contractor exam-preparation product. Practice, flashcards and learner progress sit alongside content administration, game configuration and bilingual review. Poster Factory produces the original teaching artwork that can be reviewed and carried into lessons and games.
