ÖST UP brings project purpose, current notes and session guidance together. OOG built the cockpit and agent guardrails so an operator can resume work with context and see why a proposed action is blocked.
OOG’s contribution: Product website and identity application; project scaffolding and reusable templates; repository cockpit, editable curation and next-session context; operating guidance, diagnostics, repository/deployment adapters and agent-guardrail demonstrations.
ÖST UP helps people start software projects with a prepared workspace and an AI assistant that understands the project’s rules. OOG’s work combines the product website, identity and setup guidance with workspace templates, a repository cockpit, project memory and guardrails for release decisions and next actions.
Resuming a project requires its purpose, current notes and operating guidance to be easy to find together.
What we built
Website · Repository cockpit · Project scaffolding · Workflow design · Agent guardrails
A crisp product identity makes starting a software project feel approachable. The website explains the journey; the companion command-line tools prepare workspaces, templates and project guidance for the first working build.
Current curation is separate from the recorded scan. A handoff carries the selected project’s purpose, stage and next action; a gate identifies the particular condition that stops a command.

- Release checks & specific next actions

Start with the project’s purpose.
Cedar Kitchen is a menu-planning and service-preparation project. Its recorded scan is waiting for a menu choice; the cockpit keeps that snapshot separate from the operator’s editable stage and note.
Carry the next action forward.
After the sample menu is approved, change the stage to Active and record the next action: prepare the service checklist for review. The saved stage and note remain with the same project, ready for the next session.
A blocked action names the way forward.
The source release-gate example lets explicit staging pass, blocks a secret and skips the done-check. The safe next step is to remove the secret and check again. These scoped, activation-dependent checks display decisions; no command runs in this demonstration.
Prepare the workspace, then keep it usable.
The toolkit also scaffolds projects from selected stacks and profiles, prepares project guidance and templates, and supports existing-repository adoption and diagnostics. The product website explains setup and command choices; the cockpit carries purpose, current curation and next-session context into ongoing work. Repository and deployment adapters support the selected setup path.
