The same job. A useful view for every role.

OOG built Crownridge’s public website and service-portal prototypes to carry the work from dispatch through completion, with a clear view for each person involved.

OOG’s contribution: Public website, identity application and service films; owner, manager, employee and customer interfaces; work-order, checklist and service-proof workflows; research-intelligence and image-prompt tools.

Crown RFS provides commercial cleaning and facility services for offices, medical practices and estates. OOG’s work includes the service website and films, portal prototypes for owners, managers, employees and customers, and work-order, checklist and service-proof workflows. Research and image-prompt tools support the business and its marketing.

Dispatch, on-site work and service proof need to stay connected while each person sees what their role requires.

What we built

Website · Identity application · Service films · Role-based portals · Workflow design · Research tools

A confident, high-contrast service identity, cinematic cleaning films and a clear path from first inquiry to the work on site. The project extends into operations, with role-based dashboard prototypes, work orders and service verification.

Give each role the information and actions it needs while preserving the same service record. Keep routine operations with the team and reserve owner attention for consequential decisions.

  • Owner, manager, employee & customer portals
  • Assignments, checklists & service proof
  • Service dashboards
  • Research & image-prompt tools

Put the job in the right hands.

The public website introduces the service business. Behind it, the manager assigns Brightside Daycare’s WO-1033 to Avery Chen. The record starts with no completed checklist items and no proof photo.

Complete the work where it happens.

The employee starts the same visit, completes all nine checklist items and attaches an illustrative service photo. The record is ready to submit, with the assignment and activity retained.

Make completion visible.

After submission, the customer sees WO-1033 marked complete with its photo and activity history. The client and work-order identity remain connected across the role change.

Leave the owner with decisions.

The owner’s source dashboard puts financial and operational exceptions in view. Routine work stays with the team; the sample job above does not require an owner gate.

Tools beyond the service portal.

The project also includes a research-intelligence dashboard and a standalone image-prompt studio. Those tools support market research and the production of branded service imagery; process graphics explain the offer alongside the cinematic cleaning films.
