Change the brief. Keep the whole job in step.

OOG built tools that carry a food-business plan through menus, quantities, estimated costs, preparation and the materials used at service.

OOG’s contribution: Public website and kitchen-tool interfaces; recipe and product costing, package pricing and margins, event menus and preparation plans; brand-kit, menu, signage, booth-planning and operating exports.

Plan a menu and price the job

Catering menu — page 1

Cool Cook brings recipe costing, menu building and preparation planning into one toolkit for working kitchens. The work connects the public website with recipe and product costing, package pricing, menus, preparation plans and booth planning. Brand tools carry the same business identity into menus, signs and working documents.

A food-business plan needs to stay consistent as menus, quantities, costs and service preparations change.

What we built

Website · Web application · Workflow design · Recipe and package costing · Brand application · Service-planning tools

Warm culinary imagery meets a practical kitchen workspace. The work brings recipe and product costs, margins, menu planning and preparation together, then carries the same identity into brand kits and printable working materials.

Keep the same job through planning and output. Lock the selected menu when comparing guest counts, so quantity and cost changes have a clear cause.

  • Recipe costing, package pricing & margins
  • Menu building & preparation planning
  • Brand kits, menus & booth tools

Change the count, keep the menu.

All five dishes are locked before the guest count moves from 110 to 160. Regenerating keeps that menu unchanged and recalculates its ingredient quantities. Estimated cost moves from $1,023.37 to $1,488.54; suggested total moves from $1,997.61 to $2,905.62.

The plan reaches the kitchen.

The same Carter–Reyes Wedding Reception and 160-guest count appear in the client proposal and kitchen plan.

Prepare the space for service.

The source booth builder provides an editable canvas for service and equipment placement. The layout supports preparation, with location requirements kept visible for review.

Costs, products and brand materials.

The wider toolkit includes pantry and product editors, recipe costs, package pricing and margin controls. Brand-kit and menu tools carry a food business’s identity into printable material, while export tools prepare product data for the next operating step.
